General Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. To initiate a return, please contact us.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns must be approved before sending items back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Returns should be sent to the specified return address provided upon approval.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are non-returnable.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. If you have not received your refund within 20 business days, please contact us.

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

Return items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories.
Returns addresses will be provided.
Include your original delivery address and order number in the package.
Deductions may be made for missing items or damage.
Faulty Items
Within 30 Days: If your item is faulty, contact us for troubleshooting. If unresolved, we will arrange a return.
After 30 Days: For faults after 30 days, items will be returned for warranty repair. Replacement items retain the original warranty period.
Damage
Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with required photographic evidence.
We will arrange for the item to be returned if necessary.
Arcade machines / Bespoke Arcades Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of the arcade machine products, cancellations may incur a fee. Inform Man Cave Geek of cancellation within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned within 28 days in original packaging. Refunds exclude delivery charges and may be subject to deductions for damages caused by the buyer.
