Shipping policy

1. General Delivery Information

UK Delivery and Customers Only.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Each product listing, towards the end of the text, details the service provided for that item and any restrictions or potential additional costs. For deliveries in Cornwall or Scotland (north of Glasgow), additional charges may apply.

For deliveries and installations that involve going up or down stairs, or have restricted access (e.g., steep slopes, grass, uneven terrain), please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will provide a quotation for any extra charges.

Many couriers may charge for failed deliveries if an agreed delivery date is cancelled by the customer prior to delivery, or if no one is available at the delivery address when delivery is attempted. Please ensure you are available on the booked delivery date.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

2. Beer Fridges, Wine coolers and Subcold Product Delivery Rules

Please note the following shipping policies specific to the Subcold product range.

  • Standard Delivery: Most items are delivered within 2-4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders must be placed before 14:00.
  • Saturday Delivery (Mainland UK Only): Available on most items for £9.95.
  • Oversized Items and Special Deliveries: Items over 31kg require special handling and are sent via a 3-5 day freight service. Please allow additional time for delivery.
  • Small Accessories: Small accessories and lightweight items are sent via Royal Mail First Class.
  • Remote Areas: Standard Delivery: Most items delivered within 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders must be placed before 14:00.
  • Address Changes: Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be altered. Use the carrier's website with your tracking number and postcode to modify the address.
  • Delivery Notification: Carriers provide delivery updates to help you plan and be available to receive your package.
  • Assistance and Concerns: If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or you have delivery issues, contact us via our contact form. Our support team will assist you.

3. Arcade Machines (Bespoke Arcades) Delivery Rules

Please note the following shipping policies specific to the arcade machines / Bespoke Arcades product range.

Goods supplied within the UK are normally delivered within 21 - 28 days of order acceptance. Some options may extend the lead time, and this will be communicated at the point of purchase. Full shipping instructions will be provided once an order is placed.

We aim to meet agreed delivery dates but cannot guarantee them due to production schedules. We will keep you informed of any changes. The seller is not liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred due to delays.

Delivery will be made to the address specified in the order. The buyer must arrange to take delivery of the goods. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery or attempted delivery if the buyer is unavailable. Title passes only after full payment is received.
